About Our Project
Before creating a database, we took a close look at Preferred Services Group LLP and met with employees to find where the shortcomings of their current system were. We discovered an outdated filing system, that led to mistakes and confusion. To address the organizational issues, we created a database that would completely replace the current physical-filing system.
After implementing our database, Preferred Services Group LLP was able to increase efficiency, accessibility, and readability of their customer and employee information. Less errors occured and less time was wasted retrieiving data. The database will improve customer service and give Preferred Services LLC the technological edge they need to continue to compete with other insurance brokers.
